الوصف
The GE IS200DTURH1ABB Simplex DIN-rail Mounted Pulse Rate Terminal Board (DTUR) is a specialized Printed Circuit Board (PCB) used in the GE Speedtronic Mark VI Turbine Control System.
Its core function is to serve as a compact, field-wiring interface and signal conditioner for high-speed pulse rate signals, primarily those coming from magnetic sensors.
⚙️ Key Functions and Technical Specifications
The DTUR board is essential for accurately measuring rotational speed and flow in the turbine system.
- Function: Simplex (Non-redundant) Pulse Rate Input Terminal Board for speed and flow measurement.
- System Application: Used in the GE Mark VI Turbine Control System.
- Input Capacity: Accepts four passive pulse-rate transducers (typically magnetic pickups) for sensing rotational speed or flow.
- Frequency Range: The input circuitry is typically designed to handle a frequency range of 2 Hz to 14 kHz (or up to 20 kHz in some specifications).
- Processor Interface: It connects to the main pulse rate processor board, which is the VTUR (VME Turbine Trip Unit Relay) board, via two cables (a 37-pin and a 15-pin).
- Note: The VTUR board monitors the pulse rate inputs and contains the pulse frequency circuitry.
- Signal Conditioning: The board includes onboard signal conditioning that is identical to that found on the larger TTUR terminal board, which prepares the signals for the VTUR processor.
- Mounting: Designed for DIN-rail mounting for easy installation, using Euro-Block terminal blocks for field wiring connections.
- Diagnostics: Includes on-board ID chips (one on each connector, JR1 and JR5) that are interrogated by the VTUR processor for system diagnostics, board type verification, and revision control.
The DTUR board is necessary to reliably interface the low-level analog pulse signals from magnetic pickups to the digital logic of the Mark VI control system.
