What It Is and How It Works

Termination panels are a standard part of a Triconex system. Instead of connecting dozens of individual field wires directly to the I/O module, you connect them to the termination panel, which is then connected to the I/O module via a pre-made cable.

The 9552-610 is designed to handle digital input signals. It provides a secure, organized way to terminate field wiring, helping to prevent wiring errors and simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Function: This is a Digital Input (DI) Termination Panel. It’s built to receive signals from discrete field devices such as switches and push buttons.
• Voltage: The panel is rated for 48 VAC/VDC digital input signals.
• Points: The panel provides 16 input points. Since a compatible Triconex digital input module is a 32-point module, you need two 9552-610 termination panels to fully terminate all 32 points on a single module.
• Module Compatibility: The 9552-610 is designed to work with Triconex Digital Input modules, such as the 3504E and 3505E modules.
